1. Job Description

  • Managing Security Aspects in Hospital.
  • Establishing security policies and procedures.
  • Plan, Implement & Manage Security Protocols.
  • Develop and Suggest Security Strategies.
  • Manage Facility Security Operations.

2. Experience

a) For Manager

Min. 10 Yrs out of which 5 Yrs in similar role. IF military or police background min 8 years in operational role and still 7 years security security management.

b) For Senior Manager

Min. 15 Years experience out of which 5 years in similar role. IF military or police background min 8 years in operational role and still 7 years security security management.

3. Age

35-55

4. Language

Lv-2 English must Arabic is advantage not mandatory.

5. Background

Hospital, Shopping-Malls, Airport, 4/5 Star Hotels, Large scale events, University or Schools is mandatory.

6. Certification

Added advantage with recognized certification in risk assessment, investigation, trainings, safety certification etc but are secondary.

The above positions is for critical area and therefore all the experience certificates, educational documents and security certifications is compulsory.

Salary is negotiable and depends upon interview.
