We are hiring IT Incharge Efor our money exchange in Doha, Qatar. Qualified and relevant experienced candidates are welcome to apply for the post. Exchange industry experience is preferred.

Experience & Education

• IT graduates or similar education with relevant certification(s) will be preferred for this position.
• Minimum 4-5 years of IT support experience is required for this role preferably in financial sector

Job Description

• Provide ongoing IT support and overall management of department.
• Capable to handle IT audit and other communications with external agencies.
• Handle queries and issues related to Master Data management, Networks, Business Application Support.
• Support the day-to-day IT operations needs of the regions.
• Ensure compliance with agreed-upon TATs/SLAs for closure of tickets.
• Manage ongoing server maintenance as well as database monitoring.
• Execute production and UAT deployment after the test certificate is received from the QA team.
• Document all IRs and CIRs with RCA and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with product managers on permanent closure of bugs raised in the production environment.
• Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
• Ensure IT system operation adheres to applicable laws and regulations.
• Organize regular training on application changes and new features to end-users and new staff.

Skills Required:

PL/SQL scripting, Linux scripting, CI/CD, Jenkins, Log Management tools. and applications, Documentation, Web servers, Application Servers, Containers, Knowledge of programming languages. basic knowledge in application software like Tableau. Familiarity with relational databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL, is important.
