CORPORATE HSE & QUALITY

Primary purpose of job
Implement work activities for corporate level HSE Performance Monitoring & Reporting, including all related requirements,

systems, processes, performance. Measures and improvement strategies. Ensures that QATARENERGY HSE Monitoring

& Reporting is in line with QATARENERGY HSE Policies, Senior Management expectations and QATARENERGY strategic

business objectives.

Experience & Skills
Min 8 years relevant working experience in general HSE management.

Min 8 years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical related industries or similar.

Post-graduate business qualification would be an added advantage.

Professional international certification in HSE would be an added advantage (e.g.: NEBOSH IGC, Certified Safety

Professional (CSP) or equivalent).

Knowledge of leading HSE monitoring and reporting systems (e.g. Enablon, Sphera, Synergi Life etc).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both in terms of leading and motivating teams, as well as engagement

with strategic stakeholders).

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams.

General understanding of business process improvement programs (e.g.: Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).

High computer literacy and proficiency in systems data analysis and management.

Excellent analytical skills and report writing skills.

Excellent verbal and written command of English, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.

Education
BEng/BSc in Engineering, Science, or related discipline is required.
